Countryside is a small quiet community with large lots and friendly neighbors. Located near Lake Holiday, we welcome folks in all stages of life - from small families to retirees. Our residents tell us they love living here! You will too.
Our onsite managers are Tom and Sarah Young. They handle the day-to-day operation within the park. If you need to speak with them the number is posted below.
Countryside Estates MHP
Countryside is and always has been a family-run community. Our family has been in the mobile home park business since the early ’70s, over 50 years! Unlike many mobile home communities in the surrounding area, residents here do not have to deal with a national corporation. We strive to foster a neighborhood with caring and considerate folks. We live by the concept that it is good to treat people the way one likes to have people treat them. This is not an enormous park, there are just over 60 units.
